A photocopy of your teaching license, if you have a teaching license. An employment verification form on official school letterhead signed by your principal or other administrator verifying your employment. This form must include the name(s) of the school(s) where you have taught as a full-time teacher for at least three years and include the dates of employment. Please note: the teaching experience must be in the state in which you hold the license.

The following tuition and fee charges are in effect for the 2019-2020 academic year and are subject to change for future years. Tuition and fee charges for the 2020-2021 academic year are published in early 2020.
